The Western Central Kent County Circulation & Safety Study will assess a ~29,180-acre area west of Cheswold, Dover, and Wyoming. The Study limits are generally bounded by the intersection of SR 300 and SR 15 to the north, SR 11 to the west, Westville Road and Jebb Road to the south, and SR 15, Pearsons Corner Road, and other small stretches of local roads to the east (local roads including: Blue Heron Road, Maid Stone Branch Road, Deer Track Lane, Artis Drive, Todds Mill Road, and Allabands Mill Road).
