DelDOT is partnering with local government and community partners in Sussex County to study the alignment for a pathway to connect Milton to the Georgetown to Lewes Rail Trail. The project is just starting off, so this website is under construction. Stay tuned for future updates on the study here. 

Update (5/29/26): The project is fully funded and underway! DelDOT has given Pennoni Associates Inc Notice to Proceed to begin work on this study. Thank you to our community partners who helped fund this study and make this happen: Sussex Cyclists, Sussex County Land Trust, Dogfish Head Brewery, Representative Alonna Berry, and Senator Russ Huxtable.
