1. ALCOHOL VARIANCE # ZONING-TABC-APP25-47100369 (Council District 7): Ordinance waiving the application requirements of City Code 4-6 and granting a variance authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages on Lot 43 except the south 4.63 feet of the southwest 127 feet of Lot 43, Block G, NCB 8394, by Zalmai Tawar Khan, operator, and 1508 Bandera, LLC, owner, located at 1508 Bandera Road, for off-premises consumption within three-hundred (300) feet of Woodlawn Hills Elementary, a public education institution, within the San Antonio Independent School District. 3. ZONING CASE Z-2025-10700329 CD (Council District 2): Ordinance amending the Zoning District Boundary from "R-4 AHOD" Residential Single-Family Airport Hazard Overlay District to "C-1 CD AHOD" Light Commercial Airport Hazard Overlay District with Conditional Use for Outside Storage (Screening from Public ROWs and Adjacent Property Required) on 4 acres out of NCB 18225, generally located in the 10000 block of Weichold Road. Staff and Zoning Commission recommend Approval, pending Plan Amendment. (Associated Plan Amendment PA-2025-11600108)
8. ZONING CASE Z-2025-10700044 (Council District 3): Ordinance amending the Zoning District Boundary from "C-2" Commercial District and "C-2 AHOD" Commercial Airport Hazard Overlay District to "MXD" Mixed Use District with a maximum density of twenty-five (25) units per acre and "MXD AHOD" Mixed Use Airport Hazard Overlay District with a maximum density of twenty-five (25) units per acre with all overlays to remain the same on Lot P-146 and Lot P-312, CB 4007, located at 11625 Old Corpus Christi Road. Staff and Zoning Commission recommend Approval.
9. ZONING CASE Z-2025-10700310 CD (Council District 3): Ordinance amending the Zoning District Boundary from "R-4 AHOD" Residential Single-Family Airport Hazard Overlay District to "R-4 CD AHOD" Residential Single-Family Airport Hazard Overlay District with a Conditional Use for four (4) dwelling units on the north 331.88 feet of the east 99 feet of Lot TR-1, NCB 11153, located at 1023 East Ashley Road. 10. PLAN AMENDMENT CASE PA-2025-11600100 (Council District 4): Ordinance amending the West/Southwest Sector Plan, a component of the Comprehensive Master Plan of the City, by changing the land use classification from "Suburban Tier" to "Mixed Use Center" on 3.438 acres out of NCB 15421, located at 322 Tarasco Drive.
